![]() ![]() More specifically, it should convert filenames as follows: The purpose of my shell script is to rename anime fansubs from one of a couple of ugly common formats to a filename format I prefer. I have attempted to create a shell script to do the same (I am familiar with programming, but new to shell scripting.) and I've hit a slight stumbling block. I had it do a regular-expression rename and then a couple of follow-up rename actions to clean up the resulting filenames. The point is that XYPlorer had this actions-scripting tool where you could have it run a series of commands on the selected files. ![]() I haven't yet found a file manager I like quite as much for Gloria yet, but that's a little bit beside the point. Back when I was using Windows, I had a great file manager called XYPlorer. ![]()
